WHAT YOU SHOULD TAKE

A good pair of waterproof hiking boots and/or wellington boots and waterproof outdoor  clothing is essential depending on the location of the workshop. For the Iceland workshop in February we will make a point of capturing the Northern Lights so the temperatures can get down below 0° C. Warm hats, gloves and thermals are necessary.

EQUIPMENT

CAMERA - all workshop attendees require a Digital SLR / Film camera.

DIGITAL MEMORY AND/OR FILM - 4 GB memory cards are recommended.

TRIPOD - if you don't have one already or are considering a new tripod, Tom recommends Giottos tripods. There will be a couple of Giottos tripods for anyone to use during the workshop. (UK workshops only)

CAMERA BAG - Comfortable camera backpack.

FILTERS - Graduated ND (2 stop & 3 stop) and Polarizer (not required, but highly recommended)

SHUTTER RELEASE CORD (not required, but highly recommended)
